What we collect
AdFlight records gameplay data such as run distance, duration, optional nickname, ad impressions and ad clicks. A privacy-preserving hash derived from IP address and user agent is used for abuse prevention and score validation. The raw IP address is not stored by the application database.
A random visitor identifier is stored in local browser storage to estimate how many people are currently playing. It is not designed to identify you outside AdFlight.
Advertisers
When you buy a spot we process your email address, destination URL, uploaded creative, booking details and payment status. Payment is handled by Stripe when production payments are enabled; card details are not stored by AdFlight.
Purpose
We use this information to operate the game, maintain rankings, measure ad performance, prevent obvious fraud, manage bookings and provide aggregate statistics.
Retention
Game and advertising statistics may be retained to preserve historical rankings and business records. Online-presence heartbeats are automatically removed after they become stale. Server logs may be retained separately according to hosting policy.
Your choices
You may play without providing a real name. Advertisers can contact the site operator to request correction or deletion of personal information when applicable, subject to legal accounting and fraud-prevention requirements.
